Sometimes the people you remember the most are the people who are the most unusual. I remember visiting a family on this farm. Everyone was sitting outside eating watermelon. They cut in slices, salted it, poured a generous amount of vinegar over it and ate it. Seeds and all. To this day I never spit out watermelon seeds. They are quite tasty.
